The Opportunity

Imagine this : You're in the room when a Fortune 500 CISO asks, "How do we stop AI from becoming our biggest security liability?" You don't just have the answer— you build it with them , right there, turning their pain into our product's next game-changing feature.

As our Field CTO , you'll be the technical heartbeat between our customers and our engineering DNA. This isn't a suit-and-tie evangelist role. This is hands-on, code-writing, architecture-designing, problem-solving leadership where your Python skills are as sharp as your executive presence.

What You'll Actually Do

Build & Ship — Lead proof-of-concept engagements that turn "what if" into "when can we deploy?" Write Python-based AI security solutions that customers can't live without.

Translate & Influence — Take real-world nightmares (data exfiltration, AI misuse, shadow AI) and transform them into features our engineering team ships within quarters, not years.

Drive Innovation — Host quarterly "Innovation Days" where customers, product teams, and engineers co-create detection logic, AI rule sets, and policy engines that define the category.

Be the Voice — You're the customer's advocate internally and our technical authority externally. Architecture reviews, compliance deep-dives, executive briefings—you command the room every time.

Create Impact — Deliver solution briefs, reference architectures, and demos that make our partners and field teams unstoppable.

Who You Are

The Technical Athlete :

• 15+ years in enterprise cybersecurity with battle scars from DLP, SIEM, SOAR, XDR implementations
• 5+ years customer-facing, where you've turned skeptics into believers
• 1+ year deep in AI / ML security (because GenAI isn't a buzzword for you—it's a threat vector you know how to secure)
• Python expert with production ML chops (pandas, scikit-learn, TensorFlow / PyTorch aren't just on your resume—they're in your GitHub)
