Job Summary

Seeking a Data Engineer Lead with strong expertise in Databricks, PySpark, and cloud data engineering to modernize SAS-based applications into Python and Databricks-native solutions.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical discipline.
• 8+ years in data engineering with strong architectural understanding.
• Expertise in Python, PySpark, Pandas, NumPy, and Databricks ecosystem (jobs, notebooks, lakehouse, Native Apps).
• Hands-on experience with Python UI frameworks (Gradio / Streamlit) and REST API development.
• Ability to create dashboards using Plotly, Matplotlib, or Seaborn.
• Familiarity with SAS (PROC steps, data handling) is a plus.
• Strong grasp of cloud data design and deployment practices.
