Regulatory Affairs Lead

We are looking to connect with qualified Company Secretaries for a Compliance & Legal Lead role with one of our clients in the financial sector.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing corporate secretarial and legal matters — ensuring compliance with SEBI, RBI, and MCA regulations, conducting Board and committee meetings, and developing robust compliance frameworks and reporting mechanisms.

We’re keen to connect with professionals who bring :

✅ 5–8 years of post-qualification experience

✅ Strong understanding of corporate and regulatory laws applicable in India

✅ Experience in drafting and reviewing contracts, policies, and compliance documentation

✅ Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
