Role Overview

We are hiring Trainees for our Client Servicing team for both Digital and Non Digital in Mumbai. This role is ideal for freshers or early-career candidates who want hands-on exposure to marketing, campaign coordination, and agency operations.

Responsibilities

• Assist senior team members in client coordination
• Understand client products, services, and target audience
• Conduct basic research & gather competitor insights
• Support creation of campaign ideas, briefs & presentations
• Prepare reports, way-forward documents & meeting notes
• Coordinate with design, planning & creative teams
• Assist in campaign execution, timelines & task tracking
• Support in preparing marketing plans & documentation
