Position Overview
We are looking for a visionary visual storyteller to join our team in a dual-capacity role that bridges the gap between static design and immersive 3D animation. As the Graphic Designer & 3D Motion Artist, you will be the visual architect of our brand, responsible for creating stunning 2D graphics while simultaneously elevating our content with high-end 3D motion graphics.
This role requires a technically skilled artist who can seamlessly transition between designing polished marketing collateral and rendering complex 3D animations. You will bring static concepts to life and ensure our visual identity is innovative, cohesive, and captivating across all digital and physical touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities
Part 1 : Graphic Design & Visual Identity
- Brand Asset Creation : Design high-quality visual assets for digital and print media, including social media graphics, email newsletters, presentations, and marketing brochures.
- UI / Web Elements : Collaborate with the web team to design engaging website banners, icons, and landing page layouts that enhance user experience.
- Brand Stewardship : Ensure all visual output adheres strictly to brand guidelines regarding typography, color palettes, and logo usage while finding creative ways to evolve the visual language.
- Typography & Layout : Apply expert knowledge of typography and layout principles to create clean, readable, and aesthetically pleasing designs.
- Photo Editing : Retouch and manipulate photography for use in campaigns and e-commerce listings.
Part 2 : 3D Motion & Animation
3D Modeling & Texturing : Create detailed 3D models of products, environments, or abstract concepts from scratch. Apply realistic textures and lighting to achieve photorealistic or stylized results.Motion Graphics : Animate 2D and 3D assets for video content, including product reveals, explainer videos, logo stings, and social media ads.Simulation & Effects : Utilize particle systems and dynamics (fluid, cloth, rigid bodies) to add depth and realism to animations.Rendering & Compositing : Manage the rendering pipeline to ensure high-quality output and composite final passes (beauty, depth, matte) for final delivery.Storyboarding : Visualize complex animation sequences through storyboards and style frames before production begins.Part 3 : Collaboration & Workflow
Cross-Functional Teamwork : Work closely with copywriters, marketing managers, and video editors to deliver cohesive campaigns.Asset Management : Maintain an organized library of design files, 3D assets, and project archives for easy retrieval and collaboration.Trend Analysis : Stay ahead of design trends, emerging software, and motion graphic techniques to keep our creative output fresh and competitive.Key Competencies

Education : Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Animation, Visual Arts, or a comprehensive portfolio demonstrating equivalent experience.Experience :
Minimum 3+ years of professional experience in graphic design.Minimum 2+ years of specialized experience in 3D motion graphics and animation.Tech Stack Proficiency :
