About the Job :

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Claims Operations Associate to lead and support Claims processes across multiple lines of business. This role involves overseeing operational activities, mentoring junior team members, and driving service excellence through data-driven insights and process improvements.

Job Responsibilities :

• Oversee Claims lifecycle activities including loss setup, recoveries, payments, and documentation.
• Support and guide junior team members in task execution and issue resolution.
• Monitor and track operational KPIs and service-level metrics; generate periodic reports for leadership review.
• Collaborate with Claims handlers, adjusters, underwriters, and cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate processing.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and internal policies.
• Identify process gaps and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Maintain audit-ready documentation and support internal / external audits.
