ITSM Consultant / Developer – ServiceNow (CIS-ITSM / CAD Certified)

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced IT Service Management (ITSM) professional with strong expertise in ServiceNow. The candidate must hold the ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist / Developer – IT Service Management (CIS-ITSM / CAD) certification and have proven hands-on experience in implementing, configuring, and supporting ServiceNow ITSM modules.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement, configure, and customize ServiceNow ITSM modules including Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge, CMDB, and Service Catalog .
• Work with stakeholders to gather requirements, translate them into technical solutions, and deliver high-quality implementations.
• Ensure ITSM processes align with ITIL best practices and business needs.
• Conduct workshops, prepare design documents, and provide end-user training / documentation.
• Perform system testing, integration, and support during UAT / production rollout.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for upgrades, enhancements, and integrations with third-party systems.
• Provide post-implementation support and continuous service improvements.
