Job Title : Business / Data Quality Analyst – HR Technology

12 Months Contract / FTE

Location : Remote – preferably in Pune, Mumbai, or Bangalore, India

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in business analysis or data quality management, preferably within HR technology environments.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Workday HRIS systems, including data integrations and reporting.
• Strong proficiency in data quality frameworks, rule discovery, and validation processes.
• Solid understanding of HR data structures, terminology, and compliance requirements.
• Proven track record managing projects through discovery, UAT, and go-live phases.
• Skilled in identifying data issues, defining standards, and implementing scalable solutions.

Responsibilities and Overview

We are seeking a Business / Data Quality Analyst with a strong HR technology background to ensure data integrity and compliance across HR systems. This role focuses on discovering business rules, defining data standards, and supporting HRIS initiatives through the full project lifecycle—from discovery to go-live. The ideal candidate will combine analytical expertise with HR domain knowledge to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions.
