You're someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can juggle multiple hiring pipelines, and knows how to identify top talent quickly. Who You Are
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment / talent acquisition and HR operations, ideally in a BPO or tech startup environment
- Proven track record of successfully filling multiple roles simultaneously across different departments
- Strong phone and written communication skills : professional, persuasive, and able to engage candidates effectively
- Experience with full-cycle recruiting : job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation
- Proficient in ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and HRIS platforms
- Familiar with job boards like LinkedIn, Indeed, etc
- Understanding of HR compliance, employment laws, and best practices for maintaining confidential employee information
- Experience with remote / offshore hiring and onboarding processes is a plus
What You'll Do : As an Associate HR / Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will :
Post job openings across multiple platforms, optimize job descriptions for maximum visibility, and manage job board budgetsSource and screen candidates through resumes, phone screens, and initial assessments to identify top talentCoordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers across different time zonesConduct initial phone / video screenings and document candidate assessments in ATSSend follow-up emails to candidates, manage offer letters, and handle rejection communications professionallyMaintain and update ATS with accurate candidate information, interview feedback, and pipeline statusSupport onboarding processes including document collection, background check coordination, and new hire orientationAssist with HR operations including maintaining employee records, tracking attendance, processing leave requestsGenerate recruitment metrics and weekly hiring reports for management reviewHandle employee inquiries regarding policies, benefits, and general HR mattersSupport performance review cycles and help maintain employee engagement initiativesEnsure compliance with company policies and maintain confidentiality of all HR informationTechnical Requirements
