About the Role :

We are seeking a dynamic Product Manager, AI to define, build, and drive the strategy for our enterprise clients in Generative AI solutions. You will be responsible for identifying market opportunities, developing AI-driven products, and leading cross-functional teams to deliver innovative, scalable solutions that transform business operations. Your ability to bridge technical AI capabilities with customer needs will be key to driving success.

Key Responsibilities :

• Define & execute AI product strategy aligned with our client's objectives.
• Lead market research & competitive analysis to identify business opportunities.
• Develop business cases for new AI-driven product initiatives.
• Translate complex AI / ML capabilities into intuitive product requirements and user stories.
• Oversee testing & validation to ensure AI features meet quality and performance standards.
• Engage with customers & stakeholders to refine AI solutions based on feedback.
• Optimize user journeys by partnering with marketing and sales for AI-driven engagement.
• Drive AI personalization & automation, leveraging NLP, sentiment analysis, and recommendation engines.
• Establish AI analytics & reporting to track performance and continuously improve solutions.
