Job Summary :
We're looking for a skilled support engineer to manage and maintain application health, automate backend processes, and resolve system issues. This role involves working with SQL, shell scripts, cloud tools, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations and service delivery.
Key Responsibilities :
Automate system tasks using SQL and shell scripts
Use cloud tools and APIs to fix order and account issues
Manage monthly reports, data checks, and fee reconciliations
Handle system changes for scheduled events and outages
Monitor application health and improve alert systems
Identify and fix performance issues and system errors
Validate deployments before and after release
Work with development and DevOps teams to resolve issues
Manage exceptions and account-related problems
Ensure accurate service mapping and billing
Track and document issues using ticketing systems
Troubleshoot service mapping and data feed problems
Must-Have Skills :
Strong SQL and shell scripting skills
Experience with cloud-based tools and APIs
Knowledge of operational workflows and data reconciliation
System monitoring and alerting expertise
Deployment validation experience
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Familiarity with ticketing systems and documentation
Understanding of service mapping and data feeds
Nice-to-Have Skills :
Experience handling account exceptions
Knowledge of time-based system adjustments
Analytical mindset for process optimization
