Senior Node.js / TypeScript Engineer

Description looking for a Senior Node.js / TypeScript Engineer to help build and scale our backend services and platforms. You will play a key role in designing and developing systems that power our voice AI products, no-code workflow tools, APIs, and core applications.

This is a hands-on role that combines coding excellence, architectural input, and cross-team :

• Design, develop, and maintain backend services, APIs, and core application logic using Node.js and TypeScript.
• Build features and components that support both custom applications and no-code / low-code platforms.
• Ensure high-quality, maintainable code with appropriate testing, documentation, and reviews.
• Collaborate with frontend, UX, product, ML, and DevOps teams to deliver cohesive solutions.
• Participate in architecture discussions and contribute to scalable, secure, and performant system design.
• Implement best practices for security, performance, and reliability across services.
• Mentor junior developers and help drive engineering standards.
