Role Overview
We are seeking an innovative and creative Social Media Manager who can lead our brand’s digital presence across Instagram, YouTube, and other key social platforms .
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in managing social pages, creating high-performing content, executing collaborations, and driving measurable audience growth.
This role is perfect for someone who understands audience behavior, stays ahead of trends, and can blend creativity with performance-driven strategies.
Key Responsibilities
1. Social Media Strategy & Management
Develop and execute data-driven strategies to grow the brand’s social media presence.
Plan and maintain a consistent content calendar for Instagram, YouTube, and other channels.
Ensure brand tone, aesthetics, and messaging remain consistent across all platforms.
2. Content Creation & Execution
Create engaging content — Reels, Shorts, Memes, Stories, and Posts — that align with the brand voice.
Work closely with designers and video editors to produce visually appealing and trend-focused content.
Monitor trends and adapt them creatively for the brand’s platforms.
3. Collaboration & Influencer Management
Identify and collaborate with influencers, creators, and partner brands to co-create viral content.
Manage end-to-end influencer campaigns — from briefing to tracking performance.
Build long-term relationships with creators and communities to expand reach.
4. Community Engagement
Actively engage with followers through comments, messages, and community posts.
Foster authentic conversations and build a loyal digital community.
Track audience feedback and recommend engagement improvements.
5. Analytics & Reporting
Measure and report on key social media KPIs — follower growth, engagement, reach, and impressions.
Analyze post-performance to understand what works and continuously optimize strategy.
Prepare monthly performance reports highlighting insights and next steps.
6. Innovation & Trendspotting
Stay ahead of evolving social media trends, tools, and formats.
Experiment with creative content ideas and new campaign types to boost engagement.
Contribute fresh, out-of-the-box ideas to increase visibility and organic growth.
Required Skills & Qualification
Bachelor’s degree in any field with proven social media handling experience .
Bachelor’s in Communication, Media, or Marketing is an added advantage .
2–5 years of experience in managing Instagram and YouTube pages.
Proficiency in content tools (Canva, CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, etc.).
Strong understanding of content trends, meme culture, and audience psychology .
Excellent communication, writing, and creative thinking skills.
Analytical mindset with knowledge of social media analytics tools .
