HRIS Expert (w / m / d)

Are you passionate about HR technology and eager to shape the future of digital HR at DOMO? We are looking for a driven HRIS (SuccessFactors) Senior Expert to join our global HR team from March 2026 until February 2027 . In this role, you will lead the optimization and expansion of our SAP SuccessFactors platform, ensuring it supports our strategic HR goals and delivers value across the organization. This is a unique opportunity to combine strategic thinking with hands-on implementation in a dynamic, international environment .

Your Responsibilities :

Strategy & Roadmap

• Develop and drive the long-term HRIS strategy, focusing on digitalization and automation of HR processes.
• Collaborate with HR and IT stakeholders to align system capabilities with business needs.
