Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and finalize financial statements in compliance with Indian Accounting Standards.
• Ensure timely and accurate filing of GST, TDS, and Income Tax returns.
• Handle statutory audits and liaise with auditors.
• Maintain accurate books of accounts and oversee journal entries.
• Develop and monitor budgets, forecasts, and cash flow management.
• Advise management on tax planning and financial strategies.
• Implement and optimize accounting systems and internal controls.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies.
