Job Role : Sr. Sourcing Specialist

Experience required : 3 + years to 6 years

Qualification required : Graduation must

Skills required : client interaction, operations, Global client dealing, vendor management, RFP, Negotiation, Contract negotiation, RFP, RFQ, PO, Strategic sourcing , Vendor sourcing, Excellent verbal & writing skills

Working days & Shift : 5 days & EMEA shift (Must be ok with night shifts as well)

Location : Gurgaon, Sector 34 (WFO)

Job Roles & Responsibilities

• Own customer requests and source the best training supplier in the market globally at customer locations (Europe, USA, APAC etc.) or any time zones.
• Manage the sourcing deals, contracts, delivery and quality for a complete procurement cycle, ensuring on time delivery with the suppliers
• Develop and deliver cost savings
• Supplier Rationalization and relationship management.
• Required to coordinate with cross-functional teams, organize and manage the training events.
• Manage end-to-end training administration through learning management software used by customers within agreed service levels.
