Collab Accounting is a Sydney-based accounting firm with strong roots in Australia and a dynamic operations hub in Ahmedabad. We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Bookkeeper to lead our Australian Bookkeeping and BAS Division in India. This is a key leadership position with high visibility, impact, and ownership from day one.
Key Responsibility :
- Lead and manage the entire Australian bookkeeping division from Ahmedabad.
- Supervise and mentor a team of 20+ bookkeepers and junior accountants.
- Oversee bookkeeping operations, payroll, BAS / IAS lodgements, and reconciliations.
- Review client deliverables for accuracy and compliance.
- Coordinate with Sydney partners and clients for quality assurance and satisfaction.
- Drive process improvements, automation initiatives, and operational efficiency.
- Scale and structure the team for long-term success.
