About the role
We are looking for a results-driven Growth Marketer to lead customer acquisition, engagement, and retention across our digital channels. You will work closely with product, engineering, and analytics teams to design experiments, optimize funnels, and unlock scalable, sustainable growth. This is a high-impact role with end-to-end ownership of growth initiatives, from ideation to execution and reporting.
Key responsibilities
- Develop, execute, and iterate multi-channel growth strategies across email, social media, SEO / SEM, content, and paid advertising.
- Design, launch, and analyze A / B tests to improve conversion funnels, activation, and user retention.
- Track and analyze performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Amplitude, and CRM dashboards to generate actionable insights.
- Plan, manage, and optimize paid campaigns and referral programs to drive qualified traffic and high-intent signups.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, design, and content teams to align growth experiments with roadmap and user needs.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new growth opportunities and channels.
- Own reporting on key growth KPIs including CAC, LTV, conversion rates, retention, and campaign ROI, and drive continuous optimization.
Required qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.2+ years of experience in growth or digital marketing, preferably in a startup or tech environment.Hands-on proficiency with analytics and experimentation tools (e.G., Google Analytics, basic A / B testing tools) and spreadsheets;exposure to SQL or Python is a plus.
Strong data-driven mindset with excellent analytical, problem-solving, and creative experimentation skills.Practical experience with SEO, PPC, email marketing, content marketing, and social media campaigns.Exceptional communication skills and comfort working cross-functionally with product, engineering, and content teams.Nice-to-have skills
Experience with growth automation and CRM tools such as HubSpot, Marketo, Mixpanel, or similar platforms.Understanding of product-led growth principles, user acquisition funnels, and lifecycle marketing.B2B, SaaS, or enterprise marketing experience (including ABM and performance campaigns).Familiarity with referral programs, content SEO, and managing lead funnels in CRMs like HubSpot or Salesforce.What you’ll gain
