Title : Process Consultant

Location : PAN India

Exp : 2 to 6 years

• Provide process consultancy for all projects and BEU Sub functions. Perform risk assessment and Provide delivery early. Perform Process Calibration as per the applicability and criteria defined. Drive Project and account level Initiatives, goals and improvements using good understanding of QMS, ISO, CMMI, ITIL and agile frameworks. Govern the risk, opportunities and process improvements identified.
• Plan and conduct audits effectively for moderate to complex projects using sound generic, domain and specialist knowledge necessary for audits.
• Works autonomously to apply analytical skill and ability to synthesize information and data to perform a range of Audit work and achieve desired results and provide insights and recommendations and govern them.
• Provide inputs to update existing process documents effectively and perform reviews
• Present and disseminate information effectively to Team Members within the group and outside
• Good knowledge on all the Process Trainings objectives and mandates
• Conduct mandatory Role Based Trainings for TMs / PMs / SMs
• Support deployment of processes through timely completion of assigned task by collaborating with impacted stakeholders
• Understand the principle / objective of the new / changed process and address stakeholder questions around the same
• Conduct project level / DU / account level data analysis or baselines and provide insights and recommendations and govern them.
• Use complex features of MS WORD, PPT, existing excel functions and macros with or without assistance from websites. Use basic features of complex tools like MINITAB, Visio, swim lane, power BI, etc. to create automated solutions and templates.
• Consult project managers on deployment of QMS metrics framework, estimation techniques, Metrics Action Plan, High maturity solutions, CAR. Good understanding of QMS, various lifecycles, tools within the organization.
• Training and Certification : Formal training and certifications in areas of standards such as CMMI / ISO / ITIL / and so on
