Key responsibilities Maintain accurate books of accounts in compliance with Accounting Standards.
Prepare standalone and consolidated financial statements as per Schedule III and Accounting Standards.
Prepare consolidated management reports such as cash flow, revenue statement, profit and loss on weekly / monthly / quarterly / annual basis.
Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
Performing TDS reconciliation with 26AS on a quarterly basis and collaborating with entities for discrepancies identified during the reconciliation.
Assist in accounting software migration from Tally to ERP.
Support funding activities – provide data to investors and valuers.
Maintain Fixed Asset Register and calculate depreciation.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams for financial data and reporting.
Perform additional finance and accounting duties as required.
Skills & Qualifications
Educational Background : Bachelor’s degree in commerce, Accounting, or Finance (CA Inter preferred).
Strong understanding of Accounting Standards and basic statutory compliance (GST, TDS, etc.).
Experience : 2–4 years in finance and accounting operations.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, data analysis, and reporting.
Proficiency in accounting software (Tally ERP and other ERP systems).
