Job Title : Senior Backend (Golang) Developer

Experience : 5+ years

Location : Remote

Key Responsibilities :

Design, develop, test, and maintain backend services and APIs using Golang

Architect scalable, secure, and reliable backend systems

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and deliver product features

Optimize backend application performance and troubleshoot production issues

Conduct code reviews, mentor junior backend developers, and drive best practices

Ensure code quality, maintainability, and security in backend systems

Requirements :

5+ years of hands-on experience in Golang backend development

Strong understanding of concurrency, data structures, and algorithms

Experience with RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and cloud platforms (AWS / GCP / Azure)

Hands-on with Docker, Kubernetes, CI / CD pipelines, and Git

Solid knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases

Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and communication skills

Good to Have :

Experience with message queues (Kafka, RabbitMQ, etc.)

Knowledge of GraphQL or gRPC

Familiarity with monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana)
