Role Summary

We are looking for an Accounts & Tax Executive to assist in managing everyday financial tasks. You will help record transactions, process payments, and support audits while working with tools like Tally and ERP systems.

What You’ll Do

• Manage and review statutory compliances under Income Tax Act, GST Act, Companies Act, and RERA Act.
• Review and finalize GSTR-9, GSTR-9C, and Income Tax returns, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Stay updated with changes in tax laws, accounting standards, and real estate regulatory requirements, and implement necessary updates in company processes.
• Track and ensure timely filings with MCA, RERA, GST, and Income Tax authorities.
• Coordinate and respond to statutory notices, assessments, and audits from GST, Income Tax, and RERA departments.
• Oversee vendor and client tax compliance including TDS, GST reconciliation, and input tax credit management.
• Support in preparation of financial statements, project cost analysis, and MIS reporting for management review.
• Ensure compliance in project registrations, quarterly updates, and disclosures as per RERA requirements.
• Liaise with statutory auditors, internal auditors, and consultants to ensure smooth closure of audits and assessments.
• Provide advisory support to management on tax planning, risk mitigation, and regulatory matters in the real estate sector.
