Position Summary
The HR Intern will support the Human Resources department in executing day-to-day operational activities related to recruitment, onboarding, documentation, employee engagement, and HR coordination. This role is designed to offer practical industry exposure and provide a strong foundation for a career in HR within a structured corporate environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews.
- Coordinate onboarding, induction, and employee documentation workflows.
- Maintain and update employee records, attendance reports, and HR databases.
- Support coordination of training programs and employee engagement initiatives.\
- Assist in compiling HR reports, MIS, and other analytical documentation as required.
- Ensure timely communication and coordination with candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Provide administrative support to the HR team to ensure smooth departmental operations.
Candidate Requirement
MBA in HR or relevant field – pursuing or completed.Strong interest in Human Resources with a willingness to learn and take initiative.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Proficiency in MS Office with attention to accuracy and documentation.Strong organizational skills, confidentiality, and professional attitude.What's We Offer
