Role Overview

As a Lead Motion Designer at Glance Pvt Ltd, you'll drive the motion design strategy for our platforms, creating dynamic visuals that engage millions of users. Key Responsibilities

Motion Strategy Leadership : Define and execute a motion design strategy, taking ownership of visual excellence.

Team Leadership : Mentor and manage motion designers, fostering a high- performing, creative environment with accountability .

End-to-End Execution : Oversee motion design from concept to implementation, hustling to deliver impactful animations.

Strategic Collaboration : Partner with UX / UI, product, and engineering teams to align motion with business goals .
