Responsibilities

Core :

• Analyze User Requirement Specifications (URS) to clarify project scope : feasible, standard, and out-of-scope elements.
• Provide full clarity to Project Manager on technical scope via project scope documents.
• Conduct site visits and line studies to identify key technical deliverables.
• Collect customer site details (dimensions, samples) for feasibility assessment.
• Perform feasibility / POC on customer samples using existing products.
• Conduct customer demos (standard products) and coordinate timelines with Operations.
• Take ownership of the region along with Service Team Lead to sustain customer relationships and ensure customer delight.
