EcoMax Energy, a leading renewable energy company headquartered in Hyderabad, is seeking a dynamic Management Traineeto join our growing team. We specialize in owning, building, and operating compressed biogas (CBG) plants across India.

What You’ll Do :

• Liaison with project stakeholders including government agencies, contractors, and community partners
• Support the Managing Director in drafting proposals, reports, and regulatory documentation
• Review and verify project files, compliance documents, and operational reports
• Coordinate between engineering, operations, and business development teams
• Assist in project planning, monitoring, and execution across CBG projects
• Conduct site visits and facility assessments
• Support vendor management and procurement activities
• Prepare presentations and market analysis reports
• Facilitate communication between internal teams and external partners
• Monitor project timelines, budgets, and deliverables
• Assist in regulatory compliance and permit applications
• Support business development initiatives and client relationship management
