Research and Consulting Team

o We work directly with CXO offices, Chiefs of Staff, Corporate Development & Strategy, and Commercial / Sales / Marketing leaders

o We offer our services through mix of ongoing analyst support and custom, high-impact engagements and tend to be more complex and engaging than most of our peers

Positions : Associate Consultant / Consultant (Insights, Intelligence and Advisory Role)

Core Responsibilities

o Work on primary research, secondary research and other Axience comprehensive insight, intelligence and advisory related research processes

o Support strategy and corporate development, commercial / brand and competitive / markets intelligence / insight functions of highly reputable and demanding clients

o Produce competitive deep dives and profiles, highly analytical newsletters, event analysis and dashboards across key markets and diverse sectors / industries

o Understand research objectives, design partial or full research strategies, interpret and analyze and present information for accuracy, exhaustiveness, and applicability

An Associate Consultant / Consultant at Axience is hired typically as a fresh graduate / postgraduate or from industry with 0-3 years of experience supported by strong education, internships and exposures. The Associate Consultant / Consultant works on basic market and strategic research. Detailed responsibilities may include (but not limited to) :

Desired Academic and Professional Background

o MBA / Engineering graduates from Tier 1 or equivalent Indian institutes, OR

o Top international universities with strong research credentials

o Those with an Engineering plus MBA would be given higher priority

o Prior work experience with captives of management consulting firms is a plus

o Relevant international experience would be given higher priority

o Be part of 'Axience Central' team reporting directly into Senior Management and CEO

o Actively engage with potential & current customers by launching campaigns, maintaining client relationships, maximizing ROI & effectiveness

o Working on RFP and proposals as well as research pilot projects for the clients

o Execute ideas & run campaigns with business heads end-to-end : including identifying the right opportunities, negotiation, closure, execution & follow-up reports
