Role Description
This is a full-time Client Servicing role focused on events based in Malad, Mumbai. Responsibilities include managing client relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, addressing client queries, coordinating event-related services, and assisting in financial aspects as required. This is an on-site position that requires effective communication and problem-solving skills to deliver exceptional service and ensure seamless event execution.
Qualifications
Experience and proficiency in Client Services, ensuring strong client relationship management and satisfaction.
Strong Communication and Customer Service skills, with the ability to address client needs and resolve issues effectively.
Knowledge of Finance and the ability to assist in budget tracking, billing, and financial planning for events.
Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Event Management, Business Administration, or Communications is preferred.
Previous experience in event-related roles within the Digital, Advertising, or Media sectors is a plus
