• Troubleshoot issues and adapt testing strategies accordingly.
• Reporting & Documentation : Maintain comprehensive documentation of QA processes, test results, and issue logs.
• Provide regular status updates and reports to stakeholders.
• Collaboration & Communication : Work closely with developers, analysts, and business teams to understand requirements.
• Communicate findings and recommendations effectively across technical and non-technical audiences.
