Job descriptionDevelop and execute a comprehensive content strategy aligned with brand positioning, target audiences, and business goals. Lead the planning, creation, and optimization of multi-format content-including blogs, whitepapers, case studies, videos, infographics, newsletters, and social media posts. Manage and mentor a team of content writers, editors, and freelancers. Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, design, SEO, product, sales, and leadership teams to deliver impactful content campaigns. Own the editorial calendar, ensuring consistent publishing and content relevance. Monitor content performance using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, HubSpot, or similar, and adapt strategy based on insights. Establish and maintain brand voice, tone, and style guidelines across all communication channels. Oversee SEO strategy and execution, ensuring content ranks and performs effectively in search. Manage content distribution through owned, earned, and paid channels. Develop thought leadership content, executive ghostwriting, and strategic messaging for PR and brand positioning. Coordinate with external agencies, guest contributors, and influencers as needed.
About the Role :
