The Role We’re looking for a

Head of Content

who knows how to

the organic growth engine. This is not a content support role. This is

a growth role . You’ll be responsible for Draup’s content strategy end-to-end — from research and writing to distribution and pipeline impact. We’re not interested in ranking for keywords just because they’re high-volume. We’re interested in ranking where it

matters . We’re not interested in more posts. We’re interested in

better outcomes . This role will partner closely with Product Marketing, Web, Design, and Sales — and will be

instrumental in building the inbound motion

for the company.

What You’ll Own The

entire content marketing strategy , across web, blog, resources, email, social, and beyond A

scalable content engine

that delivers compounding value over time SEO strategy : from technical audits to content clusters to rank-earning refreshes Content distribution : , email, syndication, partnerships, and repurposing strategies All organic pipeline metrics — traffic, conversion, velocity, attribution Management of a content producer (reporting into you from Day 1), with scope to scale the team

What You Bring 4–6 years

of experience in content marketing at B2B SaaS companies (enterprise focus preferred) A

portfolio of content that performs , not just exists Hands-on experience with SEO tools (e.g., Ahrefs, SEMrush, Clearscope, Surfer), CMS, analytics An eye for brand voice, structure, clarity, and message hierarchy A bias for speed and ownership — this is a fast-paced role with high visibility The ability to balance

storytelling and search , and know when to lead with each
