Job descriptionStrong foundation in visual design, branding, and identity Proficiency in tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, After Effects, Blender, etc. Good understanding of UI / UX and web technologies (HTML / CSS basics) Experience collaborating with video teams for storyboarding and scripting Prior experience leading creative teams in media agencies, pharma, or in-house design studios Excellent stakeholder communication and project management skills Experience in pharma / healthcare domain Knowledge of CMS platforms and digital production workflows Ability to balance creativity with business objectives
About the Role :
We are looking for a creative leader to head Alembic’s in-house media team, managing 4 key verticals – Design, Tech, Content, and Video / Animation . This role ensures brand consistency across all visual communications and digital touchpoints, while pushing creative boundaries.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead and manage creative execution across all brand and marketing initiatives
- Drive visual storytelling for campaigns, product launches, internal comms, and digital media
- Collaborate with business and marketing teams to translate strategy into design outcomes
- Supervise and mentor a multidisciplinary team across design, content, tech, and video
- Ensure adherence to visual brand guidelines across all channels
- Deliver assets for web, social, video, print, events, presentations, and more
- Track trends and evolve brand expression while maintaining consistency
- Optimize team workflows and drive innovation
