Description
We are looking for a skilled Workday Integrations Support Lead to oversee and manage integration-related support activities for Phase 1 of our Workday program. This role is central to ensuring seamless operations, timely resolution of issues, and effective coordination across technical and functional teams.
The ideal candidate brings strong hands-on technical expertise across Workday integration tools, combined with leadership abilities to guide support activities, reassign work, and drive continuous improvement. You will act as the primary owner of Jira triage, ensuring issues are properly reviewed, prioritized, and assigned for resolution, while also contributing to enhancements and new development efforts as needed.
Responsibilities
- Lead daily support operations for Workday integrations, including Jira queue review, issue triage, and ticket reassignment .
- Ensure all Phase 1 issues are assessed, categorized, and routed to the appropriate team members for timely resolution.
- Provide technical oversight on integrations built using EIB, Studio, PECI, PICOF, Packaged Connectors, WECI, CCW, and Document Transformation .
- Support troubleshooting, defect resolution, and root cause analysis across all integration workstreams.
- Partner closely with functional and technical teams to validate fixes, support testing, and ensure smooth deployments.
- Participate in enhancement discussions and contribute to new integration development.
- Maintain documentation, track progress, and ensure adherence to SLA timelines.
- Identify recurring issues and propose long-term improvements for stability and performance.
Must Have
Strong hands-on experience with Workday EIB, Studio, PECI, PICOF, Packaged Connectors, WECI, CCW, and Document Transformation .Deep understanding of Workday integration architecture, including custom reporting, calculated fields, XSLT / XML transformations, and APIs (REST / SOAP).Prior experience supporting Workday integrations in a production environment.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to quickly assess and categorize issues.Experience working with Jira for ticket triage, assignments, prioritization, and tracking.Strong communication and coordination skills to collaborate with global and cross-functional teams.Ability to operate independently and take ownership of integration support activities.Nice to Have
Exposure to Workday Orchestrate, Workday Prism, Workday Extend , and BIRT reporting.Experience providing technical leadership or mentoring junior integration consultants.Knowledge of end-to-end testing processes and defect lifecycle management.Familiarity with CI / CD or automation frameworks used in Workday integration deployments.Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.Minimum 4 years of Workday integration experience, including support and development.Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.Proven capability in leading or coordinating support activities for enterprise systems.Why Join Us
