Human Resources Manager

Position : HR Manager

Experience Required : 10–12 Years

Shift : Night Shift (7 : 30 PM – 4 : 30 AM)

Locations : Hyderabad | Noida | Bangalore

Working Days : Monday to Friday

Key Responsibilities :

Lead and manage the full spectrum of HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, compliance, and performance management.

Develop HR strategies and policies aligned with business goals.

Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and grievance management.

Oversee talent development, training programs, and employee engagement initiatives.

Ensure adherence to HR compliance, labor laws, and company standards.

Collaborate closely with leadership teams to improve organizational culture and workforce productivity.

Drive retention strategies, identify skill gaps, and support workforce planning.

Requirements :

10–12 years of proven HR experience in a corporate environment.

Strong leadership and decision-making abilities.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.

Ability to manage multiple teams across different locations.

Good understanding of HR policies, payroll processes, legal compliance, and HRMS tools.

Experience working in large-scale or IT organizations is an added advantage.
