- Provide splendid customer services to customers in a friendly and courteous manner at all times.
- Adherence to quality and compliance guidelines.
- Ability to take quick decisions and respond to Customer inquiries and ensuring that the Customer's Issues are attended promptly and all their concerns are resolved immediately.
Qualification :
Graduates with 2 year plus year experience in BPO / Customer CareOther Requirements :
Strong Interpersonal, Communication and Listening Skills.Must possess Excellent Verbal Communication.Salary : 4.3 LPA (based upon skills and experience )
plus allowances and incentives .
Shift : 24x7 (Rotational)
Work Days : 5 days working with Rotational Shifts
