Job description

We’re Hiring : Customer Service Specialist ( Voice Process) Location : Gurgaon Shift Timings : 7 PM – 4 AM IST and 10 PM to 7 AM Work Model : WFO (Two-way cab facility provided within hiring zone)

Essential Duties and Responsibilities : 1. Ensure timely and accurate service delivery as per client standards 2. Prompt response to queries from Internal or External stakeholders 3. Taking ownership of reporting work in the process 4. Ensure compliance to all the reports 5. Inbound Calling / International Voice Process (B2B or B2C) 6. Maintain all documentation / tracking in the applications up to date for the processes 7. Responsible for call Audits, efficient in onshore connects / Communications

Ideal Candidate :

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in Customer support International Voice process
  • Strong verbal and written communication Skills
  • Any Graduate ( Expect B.tech and BSC) Proficient in computer applications including Excel & Word
