About Abhyaka Academy Abhyaka Academy is an online learning platform focused on students from 4 th–10th class , Intermediate and IT Courses . We specialized in application-oriented teaching approach that helps students build strong fundamentals and real-world understanding. We are expanding and looking for a Lead Generation & Growth Executive to help us reach more students and parents across India.
Role Overview This is a hands-on growth role . You will own the end-to-end lead funnel – from running campaigns and generating leads to working with our telecalling and counselling team to drive enrolments. You’ll manage ads, SEO, creatives, basic automation, and reporting .
Key Responsibilities Plan, set up and manage Facebook / Instagram / Google Ads focused on lead generation
Create and optimise lead forms, landing pages and basic funnels for parents & students
Design campaign posts and ad creatives in Canva (social posts, ad creatives, banners, etc.)
Implement basic SEO for our website / landing pages (keyword research, on-page optimisation, meta tags, titles, descriptions, internal links, etc.)
Set up and manage simple WhatsApp and email campaigns to follow up with leads (reminders for demos, offers, batch start dates, etc.)
Track all leads using Google Sheets / simple CRM and maintain clean, updated data
Coordinate with the telecalling / IVR team to ensure quick follow-up and demo bookings
Take ownership of clear KPIs : leads per month, cost per lead (CPL) , demo bookings and enrolments
Prepare weekly performance reports with insights and action items (CPL, CTR, conversion rate, top campaigns, suggestions)
Run A / B tests on creatives, ad copies, audiences and offers to continuously improve results
Work closely with the Founder to plan growth campaigns for different classes, boards and courses
Requirements 1–3 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing / lead generation
Practical experience with Meta (Facebook / Instagram) Ads and / or Google Ads
Basic working knowledge of SEO (on-page basics, keyword intent, meta tags, headings, internal links)
Experience using Canva (or similar tools) to create ad creatives and social media posts
Ability to work confidently with numbers, dashboards and Excel / Google Sheets
Strong understanding of CPL, CTR, conversion rate and other key performance metrics
Good communication skills and ability to work independently in a startup environment
Flexibility to support key campaigns during peak admission periods (evenings / weekends) when required
Good to Have (Preferred) Experience in EdTech, coaching institutes, or local service businesses
Experience setting up lead campaigns for education or training institutes
Familiarity with Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager or other analytics tools
Experience with basic WhatsApp marketing tools / email tools
Comfort creating content / communication in English + [Telugu / Hindi or your regional language] to connect better with parents

Compensation & Benefits Compensation Range :
Fixed pay : ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month (depending on experience)
