Salesforce Copado

Job Description :

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce DevOps Engineer with hands-on expertise in Copado to streamline and automate Salesforce development deployment and release management processes. The ideal candidate will have strong Salesforce technical knowledge and a deep understanding of CI / CD best practices within Salesforce environments.

Key Responsibilities :

Manage and optimize Salesforce release processes using Copado .

Design and implement CI / CD pipelines for Salesforce environments.

Configure and maintain Copado environments branching strategies and deployment workflows.

Automate deployments across multiple Salesforce orgs (Dev UAT QA Production).

Collaborate with Salesforce developers admins and QA teams to ensure smooth deployments.

Monitor and troubleshoot deployment issues version conflicts and metadata errors.

Implement Git-based source control and environment synchronization best practices.

Maintain deployment documentation and provide training / support to project teams.

Required Skills :

5 years of Salesforce platform experience.

2 years of hands-on experience with Copado .

Strong knowledge of Salesforce metadata types change sets and package management .

Experience with Git branching / merging and version control workflows.

Proficient in CI / CD concepts environment management and deployment automation .

Knowledge of Salesforce CLI (sfdx) and ANT migration tool .

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Preferred / Good to Have :

Copado Certified Administrator / Consultant certification.

Experience integrating Copado with Jenkins Azure DevOps or GitLab .

Familiarity with Apex LWC and Salesforce custom development.

Understanding of Agile / Scrum methodologies.
