Founded in 2016, Coding Ninjas is one of the largest online coding EdTech companies in India. Imparting knowledge is of utmost importance to us and it is our mission to bridge the skill gap between colleges and industry. With our exhaustive learning programs, 1 : 1 mentor support for effective doubt resolution and over 400+ doubts being resolved per hour, our focus lies on crafting learning experiences that equip candidates with learning, application and demonstration of capabilities in the software development domain.

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and engaging GenAI Mentor to guide learners in our online Masterclass Events. This is a contract-based mentoring role , ideal for professionals who have hands-on expertise in Generative AI tools, LLMs, prompt engineering, and AI-driven workflows.

Responsibilities :

Conduct live, interactive GenAI masterclasses for learners.

Mentor participants on real-world use cases, projects, and tools.

Teach practical applications of GenAI (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, etc.).

Guide students on prompt engineering, automation, and workflow optimization.

Resolve queries, help with assignments, and provide expert insights.

Evaluate learner understanding and make necessary updates to your content based on insights.

Requirements

Proven expertise with Generative AI tools and LLMs.

Working professionals from MAANG, leading tech startups, AI-driven companies, and unicorns across industries are the preferred choice.

Strong understanding of prompt engineering, RAG, fine-tuning, and automation, Full Stack Development.

Ability to explain technical concepts in simple language.

Prior teaching / mentoring / training experience (preferred but not mandatory).

Strong communication, public speaking, and presentation skills.

Ability to handle live sessions confidently.

Availability during scheduled class timings (contract based).

Contract Details

Duration : Based on masterclass timeline (short-term engagement).

Compensation : Per session.

Mode : Online (Live sessions).
