Directly responsible for the overall implementation of the People Strategy and HR frameworks
Expected to oversee employee relations, ensure compliance with regulations, manage staff cost and departmental budgets, assess staffing needs, support Talent Acquisition, L&D programs, and manage payroll and HR operations / systems.
Lead on benefit administration, certain payroll / time support activities, employee performance, employee relations and general HR issues.
Effectively plan, design, develop and evaluate human resource-related initiatives that support organizational strategic goals.
Direct implementation of organizational development programs, employee orientation and training programs, benefits plans, policies and guidelines, database management procedures, equal opportunity employment programs, and employee records and documentation policies.
Oversee development and adherence to all policies regarding safety of the workforce, recruitment and hiring Talent, and labor and legislative policies. This includes partnering with Group Internal Audit on reviews and responses to observations.
Evaluate effectiveness through compiling and analyzing data and metrics to ensure strategic needs are met.
Plan and oversee the HR department budget.
