About Position :
The Process Transformation Manager will be responsible for leading process improvement initiatives focusing on efficiency, quality, and agility. What You'll Do :
Drive “AI”fication of the market facing and internal processesLead internal process improvement and digital transformation projects, from requirement gathering to delivery and adoption.Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Finance, HR, IT, Operations, Sales, etc.) to identify and implement technology-enabled solutions.Partner with senior executives to understand business priorities and translate them into actionable initiatives.Drive stakeholder alignment and manage change communication to ensure smooth adoption.Track project timelines, manage risks to ensure timely delivery of initiatives. Monitor KPIs and success metrics to evaluate impact and ensure continuous improvement.Ensure compliance with governance frameworks, data privacy, and security requirements during implementation.Expertise You'll Bring :
MBA Degree7-10 years of experience in process improvement and transformation, preferably in a Big 4 (Deloitte, EY, PwC, KPMG) or top-tier consulting / IT services firm (e.g., Accenture, Capgemini, etc.).Excellent analytical skillsWorking knowledge of process intelligence, process mining toolsAdvantage if you have : Six Sigma Black Belt / Lean Six Sigma CertificationsProven experience leading cross-functional teams and managing complex process transformation projects.Ability to present complex data in a clear, concise manner to senior leadership.Strong problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively at all levels of the organization.Experience with change management and driving cultural shifts toward continuous improvement.Experience in the IT Services industryExperience with the O2C cycleBenefits :
