Lead - Procurement & Shipping Logistics

Procurement & Shipping Logistics Lead will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end procurement operations, optimizing supplier performance, and ensuring seamless coordination of shipping and logistics to support timely, cost-effective delivery across the business.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage end-to-end procurement cycles including vendor selection, negotiation, contracting, and order management.
• Oversee domestic and international shipping logistics, freight planning, customs coordination, and last-mile delivery.
• Develop cost-saving initiatives and ensure compliant sourcing aligned with company standards.
• Maintain strong vendor and logistics partner relationships to ensure consistent service performance.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with internal teams for replenishment planning.
• Track and report procurement and logistics KPIs to drive continuous process improvement.
• Resolve supply bottlenecks, shipment delays, and operational issues proactively.
