We are looking for a hands-on Human Resources Manager to lead talent acquisition, employee engagement, retention, and core HR operations at Neulife. You will play a critical role in building a high-performance culture in a fast-growing D2C nutraceutical company.
Key Responsibilities
Talent & People Operations
- Own end-to-end hiring : sourcing, screening, interviewing & closing
- Build strong onboarding and employee engagement programs
- Drive retention through performance management systems and growth frameworks
- Handle employee lifecycle management : joining to exit
HR Operations & Compliance
Manage payroll coordination and HRMS systemsEnsure statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, bonus, leave, labor laws)Own HR policies, documentation and auditsManage exits, settlements, and compliance reportingCulture & Engagement
Lead internal communication and company culture initiativesDrive wellness programs, performance reviews and feedback cyclesHandle grievances and employee relations with fairness and discretionRequirements
5+ years of experience in Human Resources (startup / D2C preferred)Strong in hiring, compliance, payroll & HR operationsExperience using HRMS and payroll toolsExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsHigh ownership, structure-loving, and execution-driven mindsetWhy Join Neulife?
