About the Role :
We’re looking for an Entry-Level Marketplace Optimization Analyst to support our product, growth, and operations teams in improving how experiences perform across Thrillark.
The role is ideal for freshers who enjoy analysing patterns, spotting gaps, and contributing to improvements that directly impact visibility, ranking, and user engagement.
What You’ll Do
- Monitor and analyse performance data for experience listings
- Identify gaps in visibility, ranking, and discoverability across the platform
- Recommend optimizations based on trends and performance signals
- Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Operations to implement improvements
- Support in building simple reports to highlight key insights and outcomes
