Azure Cloud Developer - Full remote - contractor in USD

For an international project in Chennai, we are urgently looking for a Full Remote Azure Cloud Developer.

We are looking for a motivated contractor. Candidates need to be fluent in English.

Tasks and responsibilities :

• Develop on Azure Cloud Technology stack;
• Understand the existing systems landscape in detail and design and develop an application on Azure cloud;
• Leverage cloud-based architectures that will enable it to consolidate discrete data solutions into a secure cloud landscape that provides scalability, resiliency, and best-in-class data science toolkits / services;
• Identify the various technology components (front to back) needed to deliver a robust, secure, scalable, and high availability solution;
• Establish a data and reporting strategy that utilizes industry set of practices, tools, and frameworks to deliver information consistently and efficiently to our clients, through this custom-built application;
• Deploy, schedule and monitor pipelines using Azure Data Factory;
• Identify optimal data ingestion methods and develop batch processing solutions using Azure Data Factory;
• Design, Develop, Migration, Integration and configuring an Azure infrastructure;
• Determining workloads requirements and running them securely on Azure cloud;
• Implement Azure authentication and securing data on the cloud;
• Design a business continuity strategy;
• Interface with the business client to understand business needs and requirements, and to help develop and maintain the client relationship on a need basis;
• Interface with the various IT teams in WBG to ensure that the reporting application meets all the requirements of the bank and stakeholders from multiple perspectives, including (but not limited to) Security, Redundancy, Storage, Performance, Mobile Readiness, etc;
