Responsibilities

• Create and manage purchase requisitions (PR) and purchase orders (PO) in SAP.
• Maintain and update inventory using the SAP MM (Materials Management) module
• Generate Goods Receipt Notes (GRN) for received materials under SAP
• Negotiate prices and terms with vendors to secure the best deals. Maintain and update vendor master data.
• Billing & Invoicing
