Create solutions and design for projects to meet the standards for technology and ensure they meet our ambitions for availability, security, resilience and performanceProduce design options with associated costs, benefits and risks to enable investment decisionsWork with product owners, architects, platform teams and other project colleagues to agree trade-offs between, long-term and short term goalsResponsible for the integrity of the end-to-end solution across Platforms, including transition states used to achieve the target stateShape and estimate IT initiatives and feature team sprints, ensuring that component parts deliver against business outcomesTechnical Leadership :
Provide leadership on key designs to ensure the long term strategic goals of IT are met as well as short term project needsEnsure design artefacts are produced to support stakeholder group for service, security, architecture and engineeringPeer review the design artefacts of othersProvide coaching, mentoring and training to less experienced team members as requiredDesign Community membership :
Contribute to the Solution Architecture communityDevelop your technical skills to support the need to understand and exploit emerging technology trendsRisk & Controls :
Identify, own and manage the specific key risks and / or IT controls and BP standards that you are identified as the owner and / or nominee for on iCARE or ArcherEnsure that issues and actions associated to controls / risks are remediated in a timely mannerMaintain appropriate records on iCARE or ArcherEnsure that controls are sufficiently well designed and operating effectively to keep the risks that they mitigate within tolerance levelReport and escalate the status of the relevant risks, controls and standards as appropriateResource Complexity :
