Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role based in Pune, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. The Human Resources Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and developing business opportunities in the HR domain, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth. Day-to-day activities will include designing and implementing HR strategies, conducting training sessions, developing sales plans, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure client success. The role also involves evaluating market trends and providing innovative solutions tailored to client needs.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication skills, both written and verbal, for interacting with clients and team members effectively.
- Expertise in Human Resources (HR) and Training, including developing HR strategies and conducting professional training sessions.
- Proven Sales and Business Development experience, with the ability to drive growth and build client relationships.
- Strategic thinking, analytical abilities, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in networking and stakeholder management.
- Proactive attitude and capability to work in a hybrid work environment.
- Bachelorโs degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field;
an advanced degree or certifications like SHRM-CP / PHR are a plus.
