Senior Functional Consultant

Job Overview :

As a Senior Functional Consultant, you will lead prototype-driven solution definition using Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform. You will work closely with business stakeholders to

understand processes and objectives, then translate those into working prototypes that validate

requirements early and reduce ambiguity before build. You will co-design workflows, data models, user journeys, and UI experiences directly with users and product owners, ensuring the final solution is intuitive, adoptable, and grounded in real operational needs. You’ll collaborate closely with Solution Architects and Technical Leads as part of a single, integrated analysis + design phase.

Responsibilities :

Prototype-Led Discovery & Design :

• Lead co-design workshops that explore business processes through real system interactions

rather than lengthy documentation.

o Dataverse tables & relationships

o Model-Driven App views, forms, and navigation

o Business Process Flows and rules

o Power Automate automation patterns
