Community Manager

About the role :

We are looking for a Community Manager who can visit gated communities across Hyderabad, coordinate “Physio Day” events, and promote Rehabb Care’s physiotherapy services. Your role will focus on

building relationships, organizing events, and generating leads .

Responsibilities

Visit gated communities and connect with RWAs / association members

Pitch and secure permission to conduct free physiotherapy camps

Coordinate event setup and support physiotherapists during the camp

Collect resident data via Physical Forms / QR / Google Form

Share daily lead reports with the team

Build strong, long-term community relationships

Requirements :

Excellent communication skills

Must know

English, Hindi, and Telugu

Comfortable interacting with residents, seniors, and RWAs

Willing to travel across Hyderabad daily

Prior experience in field marketing / community outreach is mandatory

Compensation :

Fixed salary + performance incentives + travel allowance
